Our Coat Elixir is a hot oil with a difference! We wanted to design a truly multi-purpose coat conditioning product that would lift dust and add shine whilst also improving the long term condition of our horses coats.

A DELICIOUS BLEND OF NATURAL OILS
We've spent 6 months researching and trialling the very best blend of natural ingredients to create the ultimate sustainable coat care product for your horses. The result is a unique blend of natures best:
- Grape seed: adds shine, high levels of antioxidants, vitamin E, and omegas
- Pomegranate: revives dull hair
- Sweet orange: provides deep nourishment to hair
- Ylang Ylang: improves hair texture and reduce hair breakage. Fractionated
- Coconut: moisturises and smooths hair
- Macadamia, contains Vit E: boosts shine
- Argan: protects and reduces ‘fly away’ hairs
Here at Honest Horse we don't believe in using products loaded with artificial ingredients that could cause harm to your horses skin, your skin and the environment around you. So we've taken traditional horse hair products which contain silicone and created a coat conditioner made from 100% natural ingredients, in infinitely recyclable aluminium packaging.

WHY IT'S MORE SUSTAINABLE
SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING
Just like the Soap Bars and Rinse Bombs before it, we've stripped back the traditional serum packaging and gone aluminium for our Coat Elixir. Aluminium is endlessly recyclable and when processed through the recycling system in the UK, can take its new life-form within 60 days! Plastic on the other hand can only be recycled a handful of times before needing to be downcycled. Producing aluminium from recycled material saves 75% of the energy needed if steel were made from virgin material.
HOW TO USE

Add a splash to warm water.

Wipe over the coat using a plastic-free sponge or cloth. No need to rinse.

Use regularly to maintain coat condition or add an extra bit of shine before a show.
This product can also be applied direct to the coat/mane/tail for extra shine as required, although bear in mind it is oil-based so use sparingly!
