UK ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY
We offer either a Tracked 48 or Tracked 24 delivery service. Please note, these relate to the delivery time and not the dispatch time.
- TRACKED 48: £4.50
- TRACKED 24: £5.75
- FREE DELIVERY: Spend over £100
DISPATCH TIME
Please note, we only dispatch orders Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. We aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days of your order has been placed.
Orders are packed from 12pm, so where possible, we will dispatch orders before this time on the same day.
If you require your product urgently, please email our Customer Happiness team: info@honestriders.co.uk so that we can expedite your parcel if we are able.
NOTES:
Please note orders for Paladin Equestrian and DVR Equestrian have separate delivery charges and will arrive direct from these brands.
In the very rare event that your item does not arrive within 10 days of dispatch from our warehouse, we will offer a full refund.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We use a Tracked service for all International deliveries. Your exact location will dictate the time taken for your parcel to arrive. Costs are given at checkout, based on location and weight of parcel.
Below is a rough guide for timings:
Europe: 3-5 working days
North America, Canada, Africa, Asia, Latin America, Australasia, : 6-7 working days
DELIVERY TO THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
Please note delivery in the UAE can only be made to PO Boxes. As there is zero de minimis on VAT, we also need a contact phone number.
DELIVERY TO BRAZIL
Please include your CNPJ number for ALL orders being delivered to Brazil.
