Returns and exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. Purchases made more than 30 days prior to the order date are unfortunately ineligible for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please reuse the original packaging if you can.
Gift Boxes are non-refundable, but items can be exchanged for alternative sizes/colours when possible. When part of a Gift Box has been returned with no possible alternative, the refund value will be equal to the amount remaining once kept items have been paid for at their individual retail price.

Please ensure your order number is included within your returned package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are requesting an exchange to a country outside of the UK, you will need to pay shipping costs to cover this.
If you are returning goods worth over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please ensure any products returned to us for a refund / exchange here un-worn, have no make-up marks or stains on.
Honest Riders Limited aim to produce all products to the highest standards but unfortunately, from time to time, in production of large quantities mistakes may occur. If you receive an item which you believe is faulty, you must email us a photo of the product, and, if requested, send the product back to us for inspection. Unfortunately, if the product has been purchased over 3 months prior, we are not able to refund / replace. Any faults over this time could be deemed as general wear and tear.
Non-returnable items:
SALE ITEMS: Reduced items bought in our Sale or Sample Sale events are non-refundable unless there is a fault with the product. As per above, faulty items should be photographed and sent back to us, unworn, to the returns address.
IMPORTANT: If you receive an item that has been damaged in the post, please ensure you take photos of the packaging it arrived in as well as the item. We are unable to refund damaged items without these photos as we cannot claim from our postal services without them.
